pacific western brewing cariboo cream ale launch party
friday january 14, 2011: noon to 7 pm
Pacific Western Brewing is launching a new beer, the Cariboo Cream Ale! Legacy will be partying all day long and we want you to join us.

Starting at noon they’ll be firing up the burners in the kitchen and turning out some tasty treats using the Cariboo beers as ingredients. This cooking show will be filmed, and you are invited to come watch! Then at four o’clock they’ll be cracking cans of the brand new Cariboo Cream Ale (brewed with an authentic ale yeast that was specially selected to give the beer a distinct creamy note. The beer is darker than a typical cream ale because it uses specialty roasted malts that add more flavor as well. It is 5.5%, and you can enjoy it all year round with spicy Asian foods or pork dishes.) along side the professional mountain climbing, skateboard, ski and bike teams from Pacific Western brewery. They’ll be food and fun all afternoon long!
