The Olympic Village - Millennium Water
The Olympic Village, or The Village on False Creek (formerly Millennium Water, the name given to this development by the origianl developer, Millennium Developments), is the central development in Southeast False Creek. It has been pre-selling since 2008. These condos were completed before the 2010 Winter Olympics in Febuary 2010 and the during the Olympics these homes acted as Vancouver Athletes Village.
This is the greenest development in Southeast False Creek, in fact it may be the greenest community in the World. During the 2010 Winter Olympics Millennium Water was awarded the LEED Platinum designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
